Rhubarb is a popular source for pies and sauces.Grwon primarily in northern areas since it requires a cold dormant period, once plant is established plant can produce for 20 years or more. Rhubarb prefers cool, moist summers with daytime temperatures that do not exceed 90 degrees F, and winter temperatures below 40 degrees are required to break dormancy and stimulate spring growth. 

Order Processing and Shipping
Most shipping dates are from early March to early June based on the proper planting time for your hardiness zone. Rhubard definitely likes to be planted in the early spring therefore we do not ship bare root rhubarb after May 15th.  Potted plants are suggested for late spring planting.  Payments will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of order unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.
